Just a head's up - many of the researches are actually wrongly set to have multiple dependent prerequisites which is a design error.

If you have multiple nested prereqs, the research topics will not show on the research list so the player has no breadcrumb. This affects but is not limited to -

Plate armour crafting (requires tier 2 iron plates), tech level V (requires outposts IV which has 2 prereqs), batteries (requires interior and exterior lighting), weapon melting (requires generators and biofuel which depends on generators)

Someone apparently did not realize that this hides items from the research list which prevents the player from research them and from knowing what the prereqs are.

Does anyone know how to get the blueprints for the weapons from "Circumsoldier's Hiver Expansion"? These include, for example, the Leaf Chopper, Cross Beak Sword, and Serrated Greatsword. Are they available to buy or find anywhere?

Love this game and this mod. Is there anything you can do from the items going missing and getting a white box and an X. This happened after some mod was merged into UWE.

Anything I can do to get the masks and items back?

I did import, the load order is fine.

I wonder, how to survive this, with such "adequate(no) balance(nope)" of everything, especially - food and medicine prices? Mining copper? Good luck, with a selling prices only 10% of it, and prices of food, that will drive you to death spiral of starvation, if you are not skeleton. Looting? Most of loot worth nothing, in 20% of it`s value. Hashish runs? Good luck with mandatory check in a gates in all spots, where yo can sell it not to shinobi, and, you gessed it, with 10 times lower profit.
How to hone your fighting skills, with such prices of meds?
Screw this, i don't have so much extra nerves, and new chairs to replaced burned ones.

I tested this with only UWE mod and importing my game. Still no fog king throne anywhere.

In the Fog Islands, north west from Mongrel there's a hive-like town called Fog King's Throne, and there's a fogman prince named Fog King with a bounty, a Meitou and a head worth 40k cats. That's the closest I can think to a "Fog Lord", there's also a small outpost in Okran's Gulf ruled by fogmen and if you kill the praetorian there it will be conquered and rebuild by the HN

I didn't know Fogman had Fog Lord... I know that the Misty Creatures (the new Fog Island faction) have a Misty Queen.

Ok I give up, I cannot find the fog lord. Ive search every inch of the fog island several times. Google told me where its supposed to be but its not there. I think the last update for this mod broke a few things....

There are no missing icons and meshes in my game, so you must be having a mod conflict.

Some items are missing icons and meshes, leaving them blank in the store.

In particular, most of the agricultural items are being sold for 0 CAT, and there are almost no images for alcohol.

anyone know how to get the plate armor crafting tech? can't seem to find it in the tech bench and im on level 4 so far, not sure if the mod changed the pre requisites for it as i couldn't find anything in the mod tech link in the description

You would still see the tech level as a research item and what i required as a prerequisite. Have you tried importing.

For anyone who may have problems related to tech levels dissapearing, it's not a bug. They're hidden until you research some other technologies, then they appear in the research menu. Tech Level V if I remember correctly, it's locked behind the advanced outposts, you need to buy the schematics and research the new tech unlocked to finally be able to research that

Thank you, that's more of an answer. Sadly it doesn't change anything... I've tried UWE at the top, at the bottom, it was somewhere in the middle. I've tried to load the game with only UWE and Tech V is still not here so it seem to me that is not a conflict. The only fix that I've found is to disable UWE and tech V is there. And as previously said you have/had UWE and tech V working fine, so it did on my previous saves... but not on this save :(

Try changing your mod load order, u might have a conflict.

That's great but I don't really remenber asking if you have tech V or not... I was more asking for a fix or a workaround like doing tech V through game file or modkit or even if it's ok disable UWE, then do tech V and enable UWE again.

Hi! I have a problem, Tech V is not showing up in the tech menu and it's because of UWE (I've tried to launch Kenshi with only UWE and tech V is not here). Since UWE is a big mod, I don't think that I can disabled it and re activate it once the search is done. I never had this problem on previous saves... Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes this mod adds armor in the belt slot, however it all has a cut efficiency, which when layered is bad. I never wear any of those belt slots. I use the no cut efficiency mod, but the mod creator didnt include those belt items and the new armors he added in the last update to his NCE compatibility mod. Not sure if this mod creator is even reading this stuff or plans to do any more updates, but the mod needs some work still.

To defeat the bugmaster you need to take out his servants first, bit by bit. Keep your squad away and use one guy to lure out his guys a couple at a time then make sure they die before luring out the next bunch until you make it to the bugmaster. Also when I did it, I encountered a second group of his special troops after wiping out the first. Im not sure if they just respawned or it was patrol that came back. I feel like they respawned. It took a long time to get to the bugmaster himself though. I also utilized the cages in his fort to put this guys in.

If you're playing as Skeletons, then Deadlands is the perfect place for you. Somewhere on the shore of an acid lake, so that the entrance to the base is only from the water side. Of course, you won't be able to grow anything there until you master hydroponics, but no raid or wrath is terrible. The enemy will melt in acid until they reach the gate, and the turrets will already finish off those who miraculously survived in acid.:steamhappy:

benai, Yes, in UWE, masks are worn in the belt slot. I've only seen Henya's mask in two versions. As a hat and as a mask in the belt slot.

Empereur Raf, It's not that difficult unless you're playing solo or with a group of 5 people. I defeated him with a group of 15 people. First, he besieged his fortress, luring the spiders one or two at a time. I killed them right away so they wouldn't get up. I also dealt with his servants one by one. A small problem was the two spiders that guarded the Bugmaster himself, because they wouldn't attack without him. As soon as they die, 15 people will deal with him. It's not very honest, but it's effective. Half of the group had about 80+ attacks and 70+ defenses in heavy samurai armor of master quality, the others were 60+, to reduce the debuff on dexterity, I replaced the chain mail with a leather T-shirt. Bugmaster managed to knock out only four of my group.

Has anyone ever found a blueprint for the hivers Crescent Glaive? I never have so Im starting to think it doensnt exist. Hiver traders often sell the "Polearms" blueprint which includes regular and heavy polearms, but the hivers in this mod all only equip crescent blades and to be honest that weapon is kinda trash.

for anyone that has problems with finding weapon melting. it's changed in uwe. you need both fuel generator theory and Biofeul, corpse furnace is unlocked after weapon melting

Does this mod reduces the size of the Mask Type 3 from 3x3 to 2x2 and make it placeable into the belt slot?
I had run previously all 4 mods GenMod, Reactive World, Interactive World and this here UWE but currently i miss the fact that my toon can wear a Rattan Hat and a Mask Type 3 at the same time.

Hello,

I played my save game from about a year ago (600+ hrs) after updating everything and importing my save.

All my hear is just a white box with an X in the middle of it. Anything I can do to fix this?

To reach Tech Level 5 You need:

Advanced Outpost Blueprints (Waystations sell) + Heavy Building Foundations => Outpost Type III
Outpost Type III + Heavy Building Foundations => Outpost Type IV
Tech Level 4 + Outpost Type IV => Tech Level 5

I cannot research beds, tech level 5, better walls or harpoon turrets. I hope you fix this mod soon, it really breathes life into everyone's Kenshi save.

and yes that "wrath" event seems like every minor faction like dust bandits or black dragon ninjas has a constant event like that every 8 days or so lol as long as u get rid of their leaders they start it seems and also cant seem to find tech 5 like was said before

I was able to defeat the Bugmaster recently. He was wearing interesting samurai armor, including pants and boots. Is it possible to put together a complete set, or is it only available in two pieces?

Hmmm Leviathan Domesticated seems to have 0 stats when its conscious but starts appears when it get down,how to fix it??

Still refuses to fix the unprompted wrath of the farm too. People I've never met showing up within a few days of a brand new settlement of low level characters, demanding SIMION as though I took him. This is absurd, there are SO many people talking about this for years, embarrassing mod maintenance.

Lost an entire playthrough because this hacky mod deleted Tech Level 5 from the research list, or otherwise hid it behind non-existent prereqs. It's just not there, bench fully upgraded, all relevant (building-related) research done, outposts are not there either, I got heavy building foundations done but this mod just forced me to waste a 130 day playthrough. Loved all the bloat though, enjoyed the extra challenge, wish the author would fix this issue already!
