I don't remember exactly how it was in vanilla, but in UWE it's not an easy location (unless of course you went there in the middle/end of the game). Large groups of Fogman from 15 to 30, small groups of heavy drones (usually 5 with parameters of 30-40+) and Prince/Protherian, Misty Ghouls, Misty Horror, which are very strong one at a time, and when a raid of such creatures comes to your base (my base is just built in Fog Island) and if you have 10 or fewer people with parameters no higher than 40-50, then they will just walk over you with a skating rink.

Praetorian and ghouls are tougher sure, but few in number. The regular fogmen feel wimpier than a hungry bandit. Im over 200 days into this playthrough. I went there to look for the fog lord or whatever, the guy herenga asked me to deliver a bag to. Havent found them yet. Is something suppose to change with fogmen at a certain time?
