I did a lizardman start just to see whats what and I think you gimped them a bit. Gave them less body part health than softskins. Lizards have scales right? I would argue that the cold bloods should have higher body hp in each location than humans, but less than shek, for 2 reasons 1. they are lizards so their hide would make them naturally tougher, 2. They live in a swamp where life is harsh and would toughen them up.
