No Faction Gains from Bounties? Help!
I did the start where every faction hates me. I am turning in bounties to the shek nation by running into town and putting them into the cage. I receive the bounty but not faction increase. Any idea why this would be?

I believe you actually have to talk to and hand the bounty to the jailer to get the faction rep.

Yeah you have to speak with the jailer.

But I cannot because they all hate me lol. How else do you get faction if everyone in the game hates your guts?

Yep, only way would to get rep would be through healing i'd say.
