Try importing your save with keep buildings checked if that does not solve the issues try importing with import buildings unchecked you will loose your base and bought buildings if you do this.

If none of the above works verify kenshi's files on steam and maybe Redownload UWE as well and make sure UWE if the last mod in your mod list the very bottom patches for UWE can be lower.
