Wrath of the Farm
What exactly causes Wrath of the Farm? For me it seems just making an outpost pisses them off.

I even restarted and first thing was to send a guy to Simion to become allied with the Rebel Farmers, but even in that play as soon as I had an outpost eventually wrath of the farm happened. But this time the little dots were green on their way to my outpost, and when they got there they turned red and started "ransacking town" but they never attacked my people and my people ignored them.

I just got it today, it seems like this event should only happen if the Rebel Farm faction leader is inprisoned by the player faction, since the war leader shouted 'We want the leader back' and called me expletives after. That was within the same day I put a single hiver house down.

I've had the same issue. I am allied with them and they keep attacking me with wrath of the farm. I've checked and boss simon is still completely fine. My harpoon people keep shooting them but the rest of my guys ignore them like you said. Problem is the harpoons hitting them means I have to keep returning to fort simon to re-ally them every now and again. It's super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying

That's good to hear. It's triggered on me three times now and each time has been a total bloodbath that's way more than my base can handle -- and I've never interacted with or done anything with these farmers, much less captured their leader! Each time they overwhelm me and stand in my base, and my survivors run away and collect mercenaries and pick them off a few at a time until they're all dead.

Same thing is happening in my game and I haven't even seen simion. Do they eventually stop attacking I only have 6 people so far?

This should now be addressed, as of the version 30 update. Feel free to report if you are effected otherwise though.
