Yes, it is fully compatibel with other mods. There aren't any conflicts with sexual healt or gynaecology. Tested it before uploading to the workshop. Thanks for the question, added it to the description!

Bug: Can´t do vasectomy. The patient sit on the stretcher and can´t go on the operationtable. The Doctors waiting for operation. And waiting... and waiting... and waiting... they don´t do anything

That's weird! A few questions: Have you encountered this problem before?
Maybe try to save your game and restart it?
Do you have other mods installed? Can you cancel the surgery?
Can you send the patient home?
Can you send me a in game picture?
Gotta figure out, what's causing it :)

I can't perform surgery on Urology. When i click on vasectomy, the nurse will come to the patients room, where the patients sit on the strechter. When i cancel the procedure, they lie down and go to the OR. They will be placed on the table but no surgeons will do the surgery. This is very weird.

I only have vasectomy yet. No patients with orchiopexy came to my HP yet.

Not sure if this is a bug or conflict with another mod but since the game patch yesterday, the renal/urology diagnoses that were part of GS are coming up twice in the possible diagnoses list, once under GS and once under Urology. Is there a way of fixing that other than going into the base game DiagnosesSURG and tagging the diagnoses in question as disabled? I'm guessing that will prevent the original GS diagnoses from coming up.

Also getting this issue. Additionally, I believe there is something with the way the DiagnosesSURG file (or related type file) is created that is conflicting with the shockwave therapy - I cannot use it despite having a sonography unit on my General Surgery floor. It was working prior to installing this mod so I figure it must be the issue. It's causing me to lose patients, but also can't uninstall the mod without losing access to the saves.

Hi, I have the same diagnoses appearing under GS and Urology too. Also, some operations have problem of "waiting for transport to surgery" in Urology department - seems the surgical team is reserved but the transport nurses aren't moving. The operation in question is orchiectomy. I am going to check more closely for the other operations in the department.

edit: other operations seem OK - but I am trying to understand if the problem is with the particular operation OR due to the patient being transferred from ICU to the operation room (the operations from HDU or regular ward are OK)

edit#2: i think the issue is with the patients who have testicular torsion - both orchiopexy and orchioectomy act up even in department's HDU.

Hi Everyone, I´m sorry for the late reaction. I had a break and was on holiday. I´ll patch the mentioned bugs today. I´m sorry for the problems you experience. About the double diagnoses: Diagnoses will show up in both departments so the department of General Surgery won't be redundant. Patients who need to go to Urology will have a 'need for Urology' symptoms. Finding this symptoms will be made easier in todays update. Please let me know If you would like to see changes in this system!
