Side Launching Lifeboat system? Or is there one?

I can't figure out how to launch the bow rib, also getting on the stern boat needs to be easier.

I have a few ideas you could do would be engine cut off switches in the engine room, add a screen or alarm system that tells you where any flooding is and you could try to make the decrative missile system on the front into a working one maybe add a screen and buttons above the torpedo area of the CIC room to launch them.
