PAP can be found within the helicopter landing pad, in one of the shipping containers. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to get it open. There are some crates around the map that beep when you interact with them, but I'm not sure if they tie into opening up PAP.

you have to finish 6 trials located around the map. Each trial has 3 stages and you get a reward after each stage. the first 5 are on dead bodies/skeletons around the map and the last one is at the captains nest
1. Dead end red room near spawn by white board
2. Floor 6 by white board and locker
3. Floor 5 barrier by valves room
4. Floor 5 under desk behind breakaway glass
5. Floor 6 by helipad stairs
6. Captain’s nest (do this one last)
