One big medical ward combining internal medicine, cardiology, infectious diseases and neurology. And one big surgical ward combining orthopedy, traumatology, orthopedy.

One ward so just one team with nurses and cleaners.
Also the possibility to have one big OR team for all surgeries.

Psychology would be great, and so would Gastroenterology. Maybe a stroke department? Would it be possible to have service departments like physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, and occupational therapy? I don't think new objects would necessarily be needed.

Gastroenterology would be very cool, but the most of these diagnosis are acutally in the generel surgery dept. So can copy some diagnosis and add new things like a stoma surgery or something.
