I don't know if this has been solved yet or not seeing as how it's been over a year, but I'll try my hand at answering it.
This is assuming you haven't installed any mods to the base game that could break things (pathfinder, for instance).

So far you have:
- Connected to the authenticator
- Solved all three trials, as prompted by the authenticator

In order to continue, you need to:
- Connect to the authenticator node again. This will trigger terminal messages telling you that it has created an account for you.
- Once this happens, return to toolhub and click Login. You will automatically have credentials.
- There is no need to hack into the authenticator, nor is there any need to hack into toolhub.

If this doesn't work, there may be another problem.
