ending chase sequence is totally broken for me. cannot progress in any way. and bdw to little time for them all. It was really good until that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at the end.... too bad

Sanitization seemingly is not working on Pathfinder.

After the three trials. I get the password for the toolhub.. and yes in I log on and am administrator of that node but i press enter and I am kicked out. Please help... as if i CAN'T FIND A SOLUTION TO THIS... VERY GOOD FUN GAME i WILL ---- sorry caps I will have to just chuck it. and it's three times I have played it to this point. and it took me just that long to play hacknet. please I like the format. and it is enjoyable ...but not if I cant get that decypher.exe could this be an SDLK Hash problem>?

This is probably, actually almost certainly, my favorite extension. That's no small praise since I've played just about every extension on the steam workshop that's in English.

The music is well chosen, the world is very detailed and interesting, the missions are challenging and engaging, and I LOVED the sys.corrupt sequence!

One thing that I sometimes have trouble with in extensions is when the mission objectives aren't clearly stated. This happens more often than you might think, believe it or not. This did not happen ONCE in System Rift! Whenever I got stuck, it was because I had missed something, NOT because I couldn't figure out what the extension wanted me to do.

The only possible complaint I could make about it... is that it ended. That's not a reasonable complaint though, since nobody can expect it to go on forever... right?

This extention is so amazing!!! The story base and chapters i'm going through so far have been so engaging and just fun to run through! I can tell this took a long time to make too.. Thanks so much for creating this!

This is the most fun I had in Hacknet ever . The stories, the nodes and the difficulty - all somehow made sense. Looking really forward for the next chapter. Although, having a question - do you have a Discord server or Steam group I could join in? Looks like a really fun community to explore.

So.. the first time I played it locked up on the intro screen. The second time I played I got past that but when i went to the archive, there are no exe files on this system. Am I missing something?

Finally sat down and finished this, from start to finish, not one bug this time! This was fantastic, made me feel the same happy feelings I got from playing Hacknet the very first time. I genuinely cannot believe that it didn't win HackerJam2, this is easily the best one in my opinion.

I'm gonna keep a close watch for the full version, and play it as soon as I'm aware of it.

Just finished the extension, and wow, serious applause to you. Every part of the story is interesting, keeping a few steps ahead of where my suspicions were forming about the plot. The definite setting in time and references to the player's prior pwnage still have me on my toes there. Would have been neat to have a few more secrets and eggs in there, but given the huge scope of it already I can see why you wouldn't have time. Can't wait to find out what happens!!

After you log in, there is a link to Axecorp's dropserver, which contains some useful tools that you'll need to download in order to advance into Frudle's internal network. There are logs that lead into Frudle's network through an IP in a document, through a computer you found on Breddit. This computer was the first one you were able to access after Frudle Nome's setup wiped your tools.

Having problems accessing the irc.axecorp.chat any hints? i only find username:Crackp0t password:crackerjacks and i login in , but it doesn't seem any hints in chat.

That login is for the IRC. The validator is accessed through voice authentication which will give you an auto-complete on the login screen when voice authentication is completed. Look on the Breddit forums to read into how to do voice authentication.

The terminal is very important for communication at various parts of the extension. Even in time-sensitive moments it is highly recommended to pay attention to anything it outputs.

Chances are that IP is entirely random and you can ignore it; nothing in the code specifies an IP address like that.

I hit the character limit 3. so the backstory is that stormwell (I think) tranfered you and a bunch of other people into competers because idk and then left them in the sandbox to die. Something happens that I don't remember if a "sentient" finds something that actavtes old memerys (I'm too lazy to look up how to spell) stormwell is evil, EtherFract wants money, and Pacificus is atacking hacker for some reson. I don't think that's very profitable.If there are no hackers there is no reson to get Security.

ok so I competed it. that was a fun extension. there are a few things I want to ask about:
1. You're going to do more chapters? Cool. I guess they won't come very soon because you just made this, but I'll be waiting for them!
2. There are three clocks? I found tick-tock_hex.exe in the crackp0t phone and the clockCache with v2 but I have no idea where the botnet is and how to find the password to the clockCache. I guess "password" is easy to guess but how do I "find" it? I hit the character limit so I'm spitting this

You did not miss a portcracker; the filter node is meant to be hacked but the HTTPS port was meant to be a regular HTTP port. Major oversight on my part. This oversight and other issues are going to be fixed in the next patch shortly.

I'm completely stuck on the private contract goober gives you, I made it to the connections filter but I have no way of getting in. I need to crack 6 ports and I can only crack 5. Did I miss a password or a portcracker along the way?
