Such as output log, save file, mod list, etc

vanilla does the same, it's unrelated to the mod.

oh and that happens with every port, game goes on slow mode to catch up loading assets.

Okay i opened a bug via the link but you can close it. Dont know why but the solution for me was to deactivate the realistic lights mod by freekoly

Validate you have installed and enabled all dependency mods & that UBE is last in the load order

If you are using the UBE recommended mod list ensure you are using the proper Device Maintenance mod as the wrong version was previously listed.
