Hard has been doing alot of work fleshing out torpedo and pistol development using historical data (Torpedo...Los! mod). His mod is currently not compatible with yours as it uses the same files as on U-Boat Expanded. Might I suggest you contact him to possibly integrate some of his mod into U-Boat Expanded? I know some of it doesn't match with what you guys are desiring, but I think the torpedo and pistol development would be.
