I mostly focus on making each type of Empire...a fanatic militarist, fanatic pacifist and so on :)

I made a Empire that was sort of based off of the High Elves in LotR. I wanted to make a species that was very smart, wise, long living but very argumentative and slightly arrogant. My head cannon are that they see themselves as keepers of ancient knowledge and have a more holistic spiritual view that manifests as voracious research and protecting the environment of the worlds they find. They are also fiercely independent, willing to join any organization that stands against the dark forces of tyranny.

Civics: World Council, Research Cooperatives, Ascended Meritocracy
