EDIT:
I made a mistake and thought that 175 is actually the building slots but it's actually the number of pops. Going to update the mod list and add a mod that gives 108 building slots. Sorry for the misunderstanding :)
As for the "Bigger Colonies" mod there is a conflict between it and "DistrictOverhaul2". In DistrictOVerhaul 2 the file itself doesn't contain anything (and there is a reason for that because the mod changes how districts work) and Bigger Colonies just has a few lines there. In other words, these mods right now are not compatible and it might result in some instability of the collection.
From what I see and I can clearly state is that if you use this extra mod the game itself will be unbalanced. "Bigger Colonies" will make megastructures obsolete because of the sheer size that they give for planets/colonies and because of that I don't recommend it even if it's a good mod.
I have suggested for the modder of "GigastructuralEngineeringAndMore" that we should have a special megastructure constructed around a planet that will constantly increase its size with some cost in alloys/energy/minerals, of course, both one time and monthly upkeep. This way we can increase the overall planet size via gigastructures and this won't break the immersion and balance of the game in any way. Right now this last idea might be in pending for the mod but once it gets implemented you will see it in the collection.
It's incompatible right now and it can actually crash your game at some point.
