The file below includes lists of DLC/Mods enabled, if you don't want to bother putting a list together; search for Enabled Mods (in no particular order)

No mods running except this one, not seeing any errors in the lua.log or database.log,

when I go to the trade screen, diplomatic favor doesn't show up. When this mod is off, the diplomatic favor shows up. Also ai still can select and trade for diplomatic favor, but it just has an empty trade window on my side

Having an issue with past trades sitting over the other Civs Trade things. I can't figure out how to move it.

You can't move the window around, as there isn't really anywhere to move it to on lower resolutions.
There should however be a Hide History label above it, allowing you to trade unhindered.

Having an issue while decrementing trade values. There is no sound when Rclicking and i experience a little bit of delay.

Yea I don't do anything differently on right click compared to left, but I think Civ treats right click as an item may have been removed from the trade and re-calculates the entire window, hence the delay. Not much I can do about that unfortunately.

I can't click Hide History label, because icon of resource point block the label. In my case, my resolutions is 1360x168. Maybe can set up the hot key for the label or change it position.
