Balancing
Tell me if they are too common/rare to find.

They were balanced thinking you are also wearing armor.
Do they feel weak or strong?
Do damage effects scale well or not?

I have tested them, but maybe I like to feel a little OP, so what do you all think?

As far as FU goes, as long as the npcs have shields too, they fit right in

Good, something to note:
No FU specific NPCs can spawn with shields, someone would need to make a patch to put them in the list.
