Bug Report - Too Much Loot!
Okay I've tried to post this in the comments section several times now, but I keep getting network errors, so sorry for the discussion post. Hope you don't mind.

Just thought I'd mention an issue I'm having with the latest update. I know in the patch notes you said there had been no functionality changes in the mod update. However since the patch I seem to be getting 4, 5, sometimes even 6 items in a single crate o.O

While the megalomaniac in me is loving the free loot, my more level-headed side is saying this feels a little overpowered now XD

Thanks for the spot! There was a boo-boo on my part; an experimental branch was still active when I published the tweak. Oversight after a long hiatus.

I will be publishing the resolved version now.

Btw - The experimental behavior was to *add* a chance of additional items beyond the default 2 but at diminishing probabilities, with a modifier based on difficulty and distance from center. The probability values were not yet tweaked and were not meant to be release.
lol no problem, thanks for your work in fixing it, and indeed in bringing us this mod in the first place :D

In terms of the experiment, the probabilities may have been off, but the adding extra items definitely seemed to work. I was getting quite a variety of stuff, but at different rates - sometimes only 2 or 3, but sometimes more. Think the most that I saw in one go was 8, plus the money bonus too.

It was at 7 maximum, with a drop chance of 30 percent. As for the variety, that is standard as base. If a chance to drop occurs, there's a 50/50 chance of it either being a weapon or a system.
