I find this console command on comments section, it will be remove all the rats from the server. Except the rat boss.
c_removeall("uncompromising_ratburrow")
c_removeall("uncompromising_scoutburrow")
c_removeall("uncompromising_rat")

c_removeall("pied_rat")
