How to properly use Archival Storage Unit?
I built it and put everything iside of it but now even thought i have multiple IO ports (both configured as in and out) it seems like my colonists thing that there is no resources. They can't produce and build because they think that my colony lacks resources.

I'm having trouble getting the colonists to use the input/output ports as well. I set them up like I used to but they totally ignore them and walk across the base to put it in the storage unit. It worked in 1.5 but having issues with the updated one.

Just a few questions:
1. For the ASU are you using I/O ports of Advanced I/O ports? ADV I/O is for DSU.

2. Do you have the ports linked to the ASU?

3. Do you have the ports set to output, and then set to whatever material you want at that port (rather than inside the ASU)?

If your pawns are having trouble with finding the resources (typically happens if you store the materials in the ASU early, before you're ready to output them with the appropriate ports) you can always eject materials directly from the ASU onto the ground around it.
