If you want the original spawn menu besides the cheat menu, do this
As per the creator of the mod, if you're like me and would like to have original spawn menu in skirmish available as well instead of have it be overridden you have to do the following:

You can edit file: /resource/interface/layout/views/scene/SceneGameView.xml
Add one more line before 118, with text:
<DialogRef refid="gui_gc_unitspawn"/>

For conquest:
Same file as before /resource/interface/layout/views/scene/SceneGameView.xml
Before line 132 add following line:
<DialogRef refid="gui_campaign_spawn"/>

That's it, I mostly created this post for myself for future reference, but perhaps there are others out there who also want the original menu besides the cheat menu.

You're looking in the wrong map.
The game installation path's resource map doesn't have much indeed.

But this is a discussion for a mod, so the obvious thing would be that you should look in the mod files, which would be the workshop folder.
This would be whatever drive you have the game installed on and then Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\302670\ and then the folder for this mod, in that one will be the path mentioned in the OP.

hi, you mention for the conquest stuff to put it before line 132, however, my file (which what accurate on the first one (for skirmishes)) suggests that it needs to be put before line 133, if so, its only a slight mistake, but i thought i would just let you know. :)

I came back to play the game again after a while, and it's not working for me. I put the stuff before the line 132, after I re-read the comments and suggested to put before 133. Game crashes immediately. Can't use the mod together with my own reinforcement bar.

Well this post was a year ago, I'm sure there's been a patch to the game or mod.

I can't seem to find the file needed to change the interface, I don't know if my files are installed correctly but i'm getting that checked right now.

Bro this post is from more than 3 years ago, the game has gone through significant changes since then and the mod also has seen at least a dozen updates, I doubt this still works.

The line before 118 is no longer needed, however the second part will need to occupy line 133 (Directly below children) Hope this helps
