Cheat Menu for official Conquest and Skirmish maps

What is it:
- vanilla maps for conquest and skirmish adjusted to use Cheat Menu mod
- modifications to game UI when playing Conquest and Skirmish, to remove normal wave or "buy" menus
- maps require Cheat Menu mod to be installed and activated

How to use it:
- conquest mode requires at least one unit of reinforcement available to start game
- skirmish requires Player host to be listed first in list (from top to bottom) when making game
- once game session is active you can find Cheat Menu in its normal location, lower right side of screen

Skirmish:
- it is important that the order of players must begin with Player hosting session
- Cheat Menu maps are using this order when determining which player will get newly created units
- Cheat Menu allows you to pick particular player number in Skirmish, located under "Game Modifiers" menu
- Pick player number a value higher than number of enemy players: if 1 vs 1, your player number would be Player 1, if 2 vs 1 (2 enemy AI vs your player) pick Player 3, if 4 vs 1 (4 enemy AI) pick Player 5
- If you still get enemy units spawned, trying higher player numbers, you can erase all spawned units under "Game Modifiers" once you determined units are under your command

Conquest:
- units created with Cheat Menu will not be added to your conquest progress
- buyable placements in conquest are not available and are supplemented by Cheat Menu placements (there are more to choose)
- choose 'No restriction' for FPS/TPS unit view, as you will not charge "direct view timer" bar by kills using Cheat Menu units
