Mods that change carry capacity are the ones that are breaking core game mechanics usually.
If you are using random mods and not only those listed at Recommended Mods List you'll encountering various issues and it cannot be helped. Anything that changes villager behavior is problematic which is one of the reason why I don't recommend to play with mods outside Recommended Mods List.
