This mod introduces to the core game a new type of housing - Town Pension. Fully random decorated and furnished. Designed as a stand-alone mod. It can be placed anywhere in your Mods List. Offers accommodation for 42 villagers. Building footprint 26x15. Ideal for large settlements. Higher pregnancy chance. Different materials required depending on used mods. Blends perfectly with other modded buildings. Alternative for vanilla Hostels.

Hello eien, welcome back! Are you done with Builders of series crap? It's very disappointing game is still not ready and it looks like you're not supposed to disclose any information. Do you plan to switch to another project?

Jester, it all depends on maps you're using. I've tested this mod on various maps and never had any issues with accessing building. It's hard to tell what happened with your game without seeing data from your game.

With so little information I cannot help you right now without checking few things first. Are you using mods only from Recommended Mods List or some random found at steam workshop?
Pregnancy isn't triggered either by food or happiness but by free space in houses.
Are you using Town Pension from this particular mod or from the Housing Bundle?

I think there is a bug with the pregnancy chance . all the other houses are making children Town Pension no. I have food , i have happiness but no child.

Anyone else having an issue where villagers are saying they cannot access the building even on a flat open surface? I've tried rebuilding the Town Pension but it always comes up with "villagers can't reach" icon

Town Pension is not bugged. Pregnancy chance is working properly in it.
Please be more specific about whole your village. Birth are triggered not by only free available space.
This building is not for the start but for large settlement. Cost will be adjusted - it wasn't updated yet.

I like the mod but i ran into a problem, i built the town pension right from the start to get a head start on population since it fits a lot of people and it's pretty cheap to build. Anyway after i built it nobody was getting pregnant and i was stuck with the 9 i had before i built it, i waited for 5 ingame years and still nothing.

I'd love some feedback if it's fixable or if the town pension is just bugged right now.

Secondly, please read once again mod description.

Before starting building process, please remember to flatten properly ground.

A very fine building. I haven't built it yet since I'm short on hides, and you need 60. However, I noticed when you place it down, there is a small glitch involving windows that protrude through the roof. They emerge from the roof half way, a quarter of a way or all the way.
