You mean the entire game shuts down/disappears without any error displayed and you are then in Windows ? Does it only happens in battles or during GC map also ? Does it always happen at the exact same time/cycle ? And so on I'm afraid information is lacking in your posts. In any case most likely not related to the mod so your best bet is to use google, there is alot of stuff to be found for crashes as EAW is a veeery old game. I rarely have crashes, I have disabled "steam overlay" in steam settings though for this game.
