Ive been playing for a while now if there is one thing I'd like to tweak ether the recharge rate or the damage of the ion and hypervelocity gun, they just don't preform well enough to really matter when a large fleet shows up on the door step and you disable one small ship for like a half minute or pop like a third of the hardpoints on a light carrier for the ion and hypervelocity guns every 3 minutes respectively. Does anyone happen to know where those values are located? Thanks for the help
