The province investment buttons are broken, some are added to already existing & have an empty description.

Deleting "invest_in_state_buttons.txt" in "\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\859580\1975640038\common\scripted_guis\" fix this bug but, if I'm right, also disable Glaviu's function for them.

To be clear, deleting this file reverts province investments back to vanilla settings.
