You feedback has been heard and taken into consideration.

Drunken Shanty Nerf:
-Removed Crit Bonus
-Lowered Buff Amounts
-Lowered Healing and Stress Healing
-Lowered Stress Healing Chance
-Added a 75% Chance Speed Debuff

Fixed an Issue that was causing the Privateer's Speed to be reduced to 0 when upgrading to his level 2 weapon.

The description of the Black Powder pistol is unclear. It says -dmg depending on position.. Who's position? My or the enemy?
