I've been having this issue as well, and it's extremely frustrating. talking to alot of the player in the servers, it seems to be most users.

I fixed this issue by selecting 'uncap texture poolsize' in the graphics menu. The only issue with that is I get large fps drops after playing the game for a bit once doing so.

I'm Encountering a BUG where my crosshair in my optics are translucent and un useable. pretty game breaking. I looked online, some one said to switch uncapped texture pool to fix the bug. It did make my crosshairs appear but then made the game completely unplayable for more as it dramatically cuts down FPS. Really sucks, was enjoying the new content.
