i've played around with basically every setting. the only match so far that worked, was once post verifying game cache. Never got to make it work again after that one time, even if I verify the game cache again.
I had the game installed in my HD, so I got a brand new NVME PCIe Gen 4 SSD, installed it on it, didn't resolve either.
Tried XMP'ing my RAM aswell, didn't work either.
I did some research, and one of the mods developer said in a steam forum thread that the minimum VRAM required for MEE is 6GB. I have a GTX 1060 3GB, so that's where the problem is.
I joined a server with like 3 people on it, tried enabling the "uncap textures", and it finally worked (previously, when I tried enabling this setting in a normal 50x50 server, it didn't do anything. I don't know if installing it in a SSD and XMP helped this).
Scopes are not blurry anymore, but my fps now sucks hahah.. so I guess i'll have to wait until I get a 6GB VRAM GPU to play it. I'm probably getting a RTX 3060 in the future.
That's it, there's probably no way to avoid this if you have a GPU with less than 6GB of VRAM.
