Some said make this more like normal squad. However there are other mods that make it VANILLA PLUS like some players are asking.

MY HONEST OPINION:

This game was supposed to BRIDGE THE GAP between arcade and realistic shooters, the simple fact that I dont have to rearm everytime makes it so much better, not even in ARMA I had to rearm so much. (For example)

My suggestion: (if possible) make it so when you spawn on a rally you have 75% or 50% ammo, same for fobs with no AMMO, just to simulate attrition a bit, that would be the ideal point between realism and arcade IMHO.
