After the make roads there are a lot of holes in the terrain and there are streets in it. Ofc the holes are not from the heightmap, they came after the roads. I even saw them only after reloading the map.

I dont know if these come from a specific OSM road type? I skipped the pedestrian/track/footway... and the holes were much less, but still there.
