Steps to reproduce : Devmode spawn thing. Operation tab, add bill.

Note : Hugslib not provided as it just showed a lot of irrelevant errors due to removal of my normal modlist

Not a bug. It is Research Reinvented not informing players that it alters surgery for prosthesis and bionics.

Mod menu --> R.R.: Research Reinvented --> Gate advanced surgery

Tbh, I'm on the verge of wanting to just put RR on incompatible list with the amount of people telling me they are not able to install stuff because of this mod and the lack of information regarding the changes to surgeries.
