To start off however it would be helpful to know what crash code you receive if any?
SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/Cidiosaurus/Dino/Cidiosaurus_BP.Cidiosaurus_BP'" 500 0 0 120
character for character? (or whatever level dino in place of "120" you wanted). If this is the case, and since you AREN'T getting a crash message then fixing the issue is going to be a little disgusting unfortunately.
You're probably going to have to view your dumps and try to find info on the crash itself. You'll be able to find them In '[Your Steam directory]/ARK/ShooterGame/Saved/Logs'. There are various methods on how to open dumps, if you're on windows though you can use advanced options to access them (tutorials on this online). You can also use notepad to view your crash stacks.
I have been unable to replicate the issue on my end so I can't say for sure what string/s you're going to be looking for, but going on a limb I'd assume either the character file (the 'Cidiosaurus_BP") or anything to do with the spawners it uses. Try to find any crashlog info you can and bring it back here or you can DM it to me if you'd like.
This may or may not be a fix you can try, since I have not a clue the hardware you're running with or spawnrates you're running in your game, but a wild dino wipe might be in order to stabilize the new spawners.
