It seems that since the last update, the sound effect of the TRG-21 firing is incorrect or missing, both unsuppressed and suppressed, whenever the mod is loaded. I have not tested whether any other weapon sounds are also affected, so I would suggest to also check at least the TRG-20, which probably shares sound effects with the 21 variant.
