Alpha-Strike via Cloaking-Device
I'm playing as the romulans and try to figure out how to use the cloaking-device in combination with my fleets.

One thing I haven't really figured out is this concept of the alpha-strike:
My fleet cloaks, decloaks, attacks and gets some boosts for a time ?
Do I miss something ?

That's about right. It probably makes more sense visually if you have the First Contact DLC that enables proper on-map cloaking.
