Dilithium Mines not showing up as a buildable in mining district
I have a issue where the Planet has a Di Mine but when i go to build the specialization for mining the Di mine is not a option to build. I know its part of the specialization for mining. The enrichment building is there but not the mine. Please help

Might need a save game to diagnose. Could you post it with the planet that's affected?
