How to keep Member States as UFP
I tried joining an alliance as the UFP and the second I did, both my member states left me. I thought that was how you got alliances to join the Federation?

Is it just that you got a message saying that the Member World left the Alliance? That's normal, they are still your subjects but they can't be 'voting' members of an Alliance, I think.

I got a message saying they left my alliance.

Yeah that's normal. Member worlds are a part of your country, but can't be in your alliance as that's for state to state relationships.
