Dilithium Factory
I suffer from lack of dilithium crystals. Unfortunately, I am shown that the building "Dilithium Mine" is required to build the dilithium factory.

How can I build this? A mine is not shown as a building option. Is this a planetary feature? I currently have 29 planets and none of them show this and the factory is not buildable.

You have to have dillithium on the planet. I would say it is somewhat rare. There are other ways to acquire dilithium. Trading and some artificial means in your starbases. Of course you can always conquer and take your neighbor's systems that have dilithium.
