I believe I have found a graphical bug in the current (at time of writing it is STNC-2306j) build of the mod. Specifically, the armor penetration penalty of Tetryon weapons appears as "+-5% armor penetration" in green text. After testing it appears that this is intended to be a penalty (and not a case of integer overflow), but the tooltip is slightly confusing at a glance.
