species 8472's jobs and buildings seem a bit out of date. as far as i know administrative capacity doesnt really "exist" anymore. but oversight chambers still give administrative capacity as part of their production next to unity. i havent looked through other nations in much depth but this one sorta jumped out at me since it seems that due to this outdated mechanic still being present, the undine are at a disadvantage for producing unity
