Unimatrix Expansion?
So I was trying a Borg playthough and it wouldn't allow me to upgrade the Unimatrix expansion station, with the remaining requirement unmet being something about the subcomplex limit. Does anyone know what it is that I need to do to meet that requirement?

probably a tradition or tech to raise the limit.

Yes, there are traditions that will increase that limit in the Expansion tree I believe.

You have to have built or be building enough districts to warrant an expansion.....so for example you need to have built or be building like 80% of the districts before it will allow you to build an expansion.....
