Yeah...all is good with the Vulcans. I was just able to form the UFP with 3 of the major powers.

The andorians can be tricky and sometimes it needs uh.. 'some convincing' to make them less aggressive.

Just don't give them too much room for independent growth, build up your own military and work around/against negative opinion-mofifiers.

Andorians def on a wartime footing right on my border...but I got the last laugh. In a border system their fleet of 4k or so duked it out with a indegious fleet of about 3.5k....after the battle Andorians pulled back to repair...I swooped in with science ship/construction ship and claimed the system they fought for(LOL)
