Completed mission, but there was no Teleporter like the original. Where to get Teleporter to get to Restored Earth?

Uh... I don't remember being able to build on Earth....

I haven't played the original mod. I just thought that maybe I'd be able to go back to Earth and maybe build some.

yea like all that there was you can access is just the first part of the building and the rest was still being repaired

I know this thread was created long time ago, but I would like to address these questions/suggestions. It's a cool idea to have a boss be fought on the Ark, but it would make little sense for The Ruin to flee to such an unprotected area. Along with that, almost none of The True Ruin's attacks suite the Ark and it would take away any option for a final dungeon before the fight.
As for the rebuilt Protectorate, I originally put it in as a reward for beating the remains of Earth mission, but it was very lacking in content or significance, and I was rather eager to release the update. It may however return in my next mod with the possibility of building on the actual planet, and many more things it was lacking.
