I'm sure all of the bugs from this mod were reported either by me or by someone else, since the forum and the wiki is the place where I learn about these bugs before I start fixing them. Sometimes they're just never fixed by Paradox. It's a very rare case when I find a bug before someone reports it on forum.
Also to report it on the forum again we would have to first confirm that the bug still exists as of 1.11.4 patch.
Personally I consider HoI4 to be the Cyberpunk of grand strategy gaming. The bugs are absolutetly everywhere and I don't believe the game can ever be fixed unless Paradox makes a special, decidated team of 20-30 people with the sole purpose of fixing bugs for the game.
The funniest stuff concerning bugs is here in the official wiki page:
https://hoi4.paradoxwikis.com/Formable_nations
Someone literally updated the wiki listing all of the province renames bugs and also making pictures of missing provinces that don't properly get cores, so I took this article and made the entire Vanilla Formable Nations Patch, just from this one page. Plenty of bugs from this page remain in the vanilla game until now.
