Major/full update:
- renabled the Chinese Civil War script with new scripts inculding all of the new states and tags
- renabled the Chinese AI tweaks with new scripts inculding all of the new states and tags
- updated the Potsdam Conference script to include new states in Phillipines, Korea and Japan, but disabled the border corrections for Chinese Warlords (all of the Warlords will retain their gains and losses and won't be brought back from the dead if annexed during the WW2).

Allied occupation zones of Korea and Japan should now be fixed.
Chinese Civil War should now happen on historical focus after the end of war with Japan.

hotfix:
- changed the script that caused Sinkiang to disappear from the map completely (including cores) and be annexed by Communist China if puppeted by the Soviet Union

- restored events that will result in Shanxi being annexed by Commuinst China upon capitulation (to allow Mao the access to Manchuria after the war with Japan on historical focus)

Added all Chinese minor nations/warlords (like Guandong and all of Ma cliques) to no divison spam script.

Since all of them can unify China their limit is now 240 divisions (not 6).

Added new decisions:
- ability to core and rename Konigsberg for Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Soviet Union/Russia, Poland, Czechoslovakia and Germany on conquering/reconquering the city,
- ability for the Soviet Union to move it's borders westward at the expense of it's communist puppet states to match historical post-1945 borders

Removed events:
- all Pearl Harbor events,
- all peace events for Sino-Japanese war + removed the decision to disable them from the menu,
- all Chinese civil war events,
- all Chinese AI events,
- all Ichi-Go events,
- event for party name changes for Japan

Small update to the historical division limiter script to enable the newly added British Burma to field more divisions than just 6.

The script may be completely disabled at the start of the game via event. Just type "event hiepset.0" in the console to disable it.

Full update 1.16:
- removed all the events tied to Allied invasions of Syria, Iraq and Iran (they are now reworked as part of the newest DLC),
- removed the event giving Vilnius to Lithuania and annexing Estonia as USSR (they are now present in vanilla).

Decided to leave all of the Siam events though... (as the ones introduced in vanilla 1.16 are pretty bare in comparison).

New script for peace in Europe mechanic. Added new provines.

- changed the penaties given to Germany after invading the Soviet Union to be less harsh and much more slowly applied (giving the player-controlled Germany more time to actually complete Operation Barbarossa).
