Party Popularity
HI,

I'm just wondering if there's a way to turn of the ideology drift, and also how much the ideology percentage in your country matters. Because my current ruling party, only has like 6% popularity, and has a daily decline of 0.03.

(I've seen the decisions at the beginning of the game that you can choose, but it appears to do nothing for me).

If you're talking about the estates, use the console command "event cheat.0" to remove all estates and use the pregame decisions to disable estate drift. Bear in mind, it may take 1 month for the estates to be fully removed.

Ok, so I tried it several times, but it doesn't seem to be working. I tried typing it at the beginning of a fresh game, as well as a games that have been going on for years. Is there anything else I can try?

I just tested it and it does work. Make sure you're putting it into the console without the quotations. When you do it you should see a blank event pop up.
