Maybe to split South tirol into south tirol and Terentino and give a Austrian core on it.

Yeah I've thought about that. Actually i've retouched the provinces so that they follow those borders, in case I want to split the state.
My reasoning for one state was that a human led Austria will want the entire state and not just the north.
I'll think about it again.

well yes for sure but i think not the entire state would freely accept austrian rule while the austro-german part would for sure have no resistance,bu the southern part would resist the austrian occupation just like the rest of Italy
