Are recycling centers broke ?
we don't see the recycling centers in constuction menu

Pretty large chance you're experiencing a mod conflict.

Sorry to necro the thread, but i just want to inform you that there is now a Novum Vex version of this the 50 construction slots mod.

I'm having the same issue. I'm only using the submods more flavor, global conflict, and complete map rework. I'm also using the MD reskin and the country recolor mods but I can't see those two being the cause.

I'm having the same issue. Removed all mods from the playset except the base NV mod, and recycling centers are not visible.
